6' high or less, fences may not be installed in easements or right of ways. Fences must be a minimum of 1' inside the property line, no higher than 6' and may not affect sight distances of intersections. The township does not regulate which side of the fencing must face the adjacent properties. Call the zoning office for specifics on permitted fence placement.

120 sq. ft. or less, utility sheds may not be placed in an easement or right of way. Call the zoning office for specifics on permitted shed placement.

less than 24" in depth, swimming pools may not be located in the front yard and all pools are required to have a barrier surrounding the pool having a minimum height of 48".
