Construction Permit & Zoning Permit Applications
|

In July of 2004 Harborcreek Township in a joint effort with Millcreek and Fairview Townships, began a mandated inspection program for compliance to Pennsylvania State Act 45, also known as the Uniform
Construction Code (UCC). Building Inspections Underwriters Inc. are the designated inspections agency for all construction activities regulated by the act. Harborcreek Township will continue to
inspect construction permits issued prior to the UCC effective date.
