Starting on April 2nd Harborcreek residents can drop-off grass clippings and branches the first and third Saturday of each month from 8:00am until noon at the Municipal Building. The recycling area will be staffed by a part time employee to ensure only area residents are taking advantage of this great new program. Residents must show proof of residence, if asked to do so. The last day to drop-off will be Saturday, October 15th.

Hearings are conducted monthly, as needed, to consider applications received for variances or special exceptions to the Zoning Ordinance and deciding whether there is a legitimate reason for granting relief to a specific provision or provisions of the Ordinance when requested. The Board may grant a variance provided that all of the findings as listed within the PMPC, Section 910.2 are found to be relevant in the given case.
