The Harborcreek Township Planning and Zoning Department has been endeavoring for last few years to update the township’s Comprehensive Plan and subsequently, the
township’s Zoning Ordinance. The Planning Commission, Board of Supervisors, Planning Consultant and township staff have reviewed the existing plans and ordinances
and are proposing to update them to better reflect the township’s unique assets and prepare for our future needs.
It is the purpose of the Comprehensive Plan to layout
our future goals and objectives while it is the purpose
of the Zoning Ordinance to implement the plan by
creating
land use regulations.
We invite you to review the documents and maps
below and offer any comments or suggestions. The
Planning Commission will be conducting a public
meeting to consider any
comments in the near future.
The Board of Supervisors will also be conducting a
public hearing. Please monitor this web site for further
