Township. Please call the Township for a specific district.
Assume you need a permit for all construction, however, call the Township
Zoning Office for a clarification because there are situations when permits are not required.

Affordable Senior Housing
This 120 unit senior citizen housing facility will soon be available at the old Harborcreek Mall site at 4400 East Lake Road. All permits have been issued and construction is scheduled to start in December, 2011.

Behrend College Sports Fields
To be located along Station Road, immediatley east of the Junker center parking lot is scheduled for construction in the summer of 2011. This project will consist of a multi-purpose synthetic turf field with lighting, bleachers, press box and a concession/restroom building.

Eastway Plaza Upgrade
Benderson Development has started construction of the new Giant Eagle store in what is presently known as the Eastway Plaza. The project will include a complete renovation of the remaining buiding's facade along with new parking lot, greenspace, lighting and stormwater management facilities.
