Township. Please call the Township for a specific district.
Assume you need a permit for all construction, however, call the Township
Zoning Office for a clarification because there are situations when permits are not required.

THE BEHREND COLLEGE
THE PLANNING COMMISSION HAS RECOMMENDED APPROVAL OF A LAND DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR THE METZGAR ADMISSIONS AND ALMNI CENTER TO BE LOCATED BETWEEN THE REED BUILDING AND THE JOHN LILEY LIBRARY WITHIN THE CAMPUS. THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS HAVE ALSO APPROVED THE PLAN WITH CONSDTRUCTION TO COMMENCE IN JUNE

Comprehensive Plan and Zoning Ordinance
The Township Supervisors are presenting a new Comprehensive Plan and Zoning Ordinnace for Harborcreek Township. These documents are now available on our web site for your review. Also, check out the Public Notices for dates and times for public hearing relative to the Planning Commission and Board of Supervisors taking action on this plan and ordinance.

The first two ordinances are also available at the Township Municipal Building, we encourage you to stop in and discuss any plans you might have.
Forms available to print out:
You may print out any of the forms listed below and complete the
applicable sections before you report to the Township. The Zoning
Office will assist you, if necessary, to complete the forms and calculate
the required fees payable at the time of application.
