There are 13 different zoning districts in Harborcreek
Township. Please call the Township for a specific district.
Assume you need a permit for all construction, however, call the Township
Zoning Office for a clarification because there are situations when permits are not required.

Comprehensive Plan and Zoning Ordinance
The Township Supervisors, on March 17, 2010, adopted a new Comprehensive Plan and Zoning Ordinnace for Harborcreek Township. This new Zoning Ordinance will become effective on March 22, 2010. These documents are listed below under Regulations & Application Forms.

You may print out any of the forms listed below and complete the
applicable sections before you report to the Township. The Zoning
Office will assist you, if necessary, to complete the forms and calculate
the required fees payable at the time of application.
