1. Applicant must submit subdivision application, sketch plan, filing fee and any other information as required by the Zoning Administrator a minimum of 10 days prior to Planning Commission Meeting.
Other Items that may need to be submitted with this
application include:

Sewage
Facilities Planning Module from Erie County Health Department

Planning
Commission shall review subdivision request (and sewage planning module) and
make recommendation to the Board of Supervisors.
3.
Supervisors
shall make decision on the subdivision (including sewage planning module) and
notify applicant in writing of said decision.
4.
Applicant
shall prepare a survey with 2 Mylar and have the surveys notarized for
recording purposes.
5.
Surveys
shall be signed by the Erie County Planning Department FIRST
6.
Surveys
shall then be signed by the Harborcreek Planning Commission office within 90 days
of the Supervisors approval or the approval shall become void.
7.
A
Mylar copy of the approved survey shall be delivered to the Township Zoning
office within 10 days after recording.
